1. What Prospects2Pros is

Prospects2Pros ("the platform", "we") is software for running private fantasy hockey leagues built on prospect and professional league statistics. Access is by invitation from a league commissioner. The platform is currently a pilot: features change, data may be reset between seasons, and availability is not guaranteed. 2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be the age of majority in your province, state, or territory of residence. One account per real person, under your own email address. Sign-in is by emailed links. You are responsible for the security of your email inbox and for any one-time sign-in links shared with you. Tell your commissioner immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. The platform does not handle money

Any league buy-ins, fees, or prizes are private arrangements between league members, made entirely outside this platform. We do not collect, hold, process, transfer, or guarantee any money, and we are not a party to those arrangements. The platform is not a gambling, wagering, or contest-for-prizes service; it is league-management software.

4. Leagues, commissioners, and disputes

Each league is governed by its own rules and constitution and run by its commissioner. Commissioners have elevated powers by design, including entering picks on a GM's behalf, adjusting draft clocks, locking and finalizing weeks, and correcting lineups. Disputes about league decisions are resolved within the league under its own rules; the platform and its operators are not an arbiter of league outcomes.

5. Statistics and scoring

Player statistics come from third-party sources and are provided as-is; they may contain errors or arrive late. Fantasy scores are computed from those statistics and may be corrected retroactively when source data is corrected or re-uploaded, including scores for weeks that appeared final.

6. Acceptable use

Don't: misrepresent who you are; choose usernames or submit feedback that is offensive or impersonates others; access accounts, leagues, or data you weren't given access to; scrape, copy, or republish the platform's content, including its scoring model and league data; or interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or a league's own conduct rules, at our discretion.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit (team names, usernames, feedback) and grant us a license to store and display it as part of operating the platform. For example, showing your handle and team to other members of your league.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, and its scoring model (including the per-league statistical valuation tables) are the property of their owners and may not be reused, extracted, or republished without written permission.

9. No warranty; limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, during an active pilot. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from league arrangements between members, data errors, or service interruptions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to CAD $50.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the "last updated" date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change is acceptance. You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account via the in-app Feedback button or through your commissioner.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
